2026 Annual Agency Plan Meeting

ANNUAL AGENCY PLAN MEETING
The Housing Authority submits a new Agency Plan to the Department
of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) each year.

Two Public Hearings are scheduled to discuss the 2027-2028 Cortland
Housing Authority Agency Plan.

An important part of the plan is the Capital Fund budget which details
how the Housing Authority plans to spend these grant funds.

The First Public Hearing will be held on
Monday, October 20, 2026, in the Community Room at
51 Port Watson Street at 10:00 a.m.

The Second Public Hearing will be held on
Monday, October 20, 2026, in the Community Room at
42 Church Street at 1:00 p.m.
