APARTMENT CLEANING
The Cortland Housing Authority (CHA) is accepting bids for the following maintenance contract in Cortland, Homer, Truxton, McGraw, Marathon, and Cincinnatus locations.

this request.

Bidding Duration:
Bids must be received by 3:00 PM on July 19, 2024. Bids not received by the date and time indicated will be disallowed in the bidding process.
Contract Award: This is a 3-year contract.
The contract will be awarded based on total aggregate bid for cleaning/ stripping/waxing for all bedroom sizes.
ELEVATOR/PLATFORM LIFT PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
The Cortland Housing Authority (CHA) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for Elevator/Platform Lift Preventive Maintenance at our Homer, McGraw, Marathon and Truxton
locations.
